Acupuncture points are excellent conductors of electricity since they have only 1/2000th of the resistance of the surrounding skin. Low resistance equals high conductance, as with wires that run through a power cord. When these low-resistance points are stimulated, energy flows through them easily.

When energy is able to move freely through the body, balance and tissue restoration can be achieved.

For example: when you cut your finger and your skin regrows, it is actually the field (of energy) that provides the blueprint around which the new cells organize themselves. Energy is not an epiphenomenon of matter; it is the energy that is organizing matter. Balance the energy, and you balance the body.
